As an enthusiastic founding associate of Kea, Grant will work with schools to appraise, assist and accompany:

• appraise principals and senior managers, exploring the links between effective leadership and student engagement and learning.

• assist schools with appointment processes for principals and senior managers to ensure the selection of high quality school leaders.

• work with schools to develop systems that support effective teaching and learning and meet current legislative requirements.
